We buy used devices with following conditions:

1. It has to be working condition.
2. IMEI (device serial number) has to be CLEAN status.
3. It has to be paid off to your original carrier.
4. We need the device history. (receipt or statement)
5. We need copy of your picture ID.

We DO NOT buy devices with following conditions:

1. If the device has liquid damage.
2. IMEI (device serial number) BLACKLISTED status.
3. If the device has any account lock. (google lock or icloud lock)
4. If the device has still balace left over your previous carrier.
5. If your ID address is NOT local area.
